Nicki has a fine and soft velvet on the front, while the back shows a stretchable mesh. When you stroke the fabric, the velvety texture can cause a color change. The color then becomes lighter or darker - depending on the direction of the stroke.
The advantage of Nicki is that it combines several positive properties. It is very stretchy and can be processed well. It offers this soft, cozy, velvety feel. In addition, Nicki has no high demands on care. This is also why it is so often sewn as baby clothing. Baby rompers, swaddling blankets, sleeping bags and much more are particularly popular with young mothers.
However, it is also becoming increasingly popular in women's and men's fashion. Mostly it is used for leisure or nightwear, but especially in the coming autumn Nicki mutates into an absolute MUST HAVE. The feel-good factor speaks for itself and thanks to its high elasticity, Nicki really goes with every movement.
It is sufficient to put the fabric in the washing machine at 30°C and then let it air dry. Nicki does not wrinkle and, due to its high dimensional stability, usually does not need to be ironed.
If the iron does have to be used, it is advisable to iron the fabric inside out.
